The shopping street is only a 5-minute walk away. Living/sleeping room with cable TV and stereo system, dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, separate bedroom with clock radio. The flat is located on the 1st floor. The flats also have a balcony. In the house there is a table tennis room, an older fitness room and a ski cellar. The ski lifts and the skateboard run are approx. 150 - 300 metres away. The hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are also nearby. There is a car park directly in front of the house. Please also note our 2nd and 3rd holiday flats 42 and 60 m², which are located in the same house. Ideal for 2 to 3 families, we can offer you a garage (car or bicycles) on request. WLan on request, must be booked and paid on site! Prices may vary depending on consumption.
