On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms both with 2 beds. One of the bedrooms has access to its own balcony. There is also sleeping area with 3 beds on the loft. On the upper floor, there is also WC and shower, which make your morning routines much easier.

The house has a ski maintenance room and laundry room, which are shared with other residents. There is a lockable locker for ski storage in the basement.

The apartment has been renovated in spring 2024.
