State-of-the-art technical equipment, including smart TV, free Wi-Fi and electric shutters, complete the picture.

**The outdoor area radiates tranquillity: the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows falls onto the leafy inner courtyard, which provides a peaceful retreat. Access to the flat is via an imposing marble staircase.
