Next to the kitchen, there is a WC toilet. The ground floor has two bedrooms, one double with a sofa bed that turns into a double bed and one twin bed, both of which have ensuite WC/Showers and a common balcony. On the first floor, there is a small office and a large master bedroom with a high wooden roof and a private balcony with uninterrupted sea views. Moreover, it has a wardrobe room, an ensuite WC with shiny marble, a shower and a bathtub. The last two bedrooms have 2 floors each, where on the top floor there are 2 single beds and on the ground floor there is 1 double bed with an ensuite WC/Shower and both have access to a shared balcony with forest views.

Recently renovated, the villa's basement offers a luxurious retreat featuring a spacious double bedroom with two single sofa beds, perfect for additional guests or children. Enjoy endless entertainment in the new playroom and home cinema with TV 85 inches and a PlayStation 5
