The property is situated on a small natural balcony from which there is a wonderful view of Costa Paradiso and its beautiful sea. The house is very private and quiet. A flight of stairs leads from the reserved parking space to the entrance of the house.

The living room, which is nice and cosy, opens onto a small but functional masonry kitchenette complete with accessories, dishes, electrical appliances (fridge and oven). A beautiful wooden dining table and a comfortable sofa complete the furnishings.
Adjacent to the living area is the sleeping area with four beds: the master bedroom, with a nice double bed, a private bathroom and a small terrace with a view, and the second bedroom with two comfortable single beds, a walk-in wardrobe and a second bathroom with shower.
