This spacious property offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Here you are welcomed by the house owner who shows you around and is happy to tell you what you can experience here. With several social rooms and an elegant dining room, it is the perfect place to gather friends and family. There are well-disposed bedrooms with a total of eight beds that are made for a good night's sleep. Common entrance to upper floor where the so-called "annex" (bedroom) for 4 people is located. A large and tasteful bathroom, an extra toilet and all modern amenities such as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to pleasant dinners and fellowship. But what really makes this house special are the beautiful details, such as the two atmospheric tiled stoves (to be used only in consultation with the owner!) and the cozy courtyard, where you can enjoy the view of an enchanting church. This is a place for you who can value and care about both the house and the place. Respect private spaces/markings. The apartment on the upper floor has a permanent tenant. Let this charming street house be your oasis for a lovely stay in Simrishamn! Here, during the summer, there is also a market stall, which is very cozy. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderup beach and Sandhammaren. You also have Ystad and Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also visit the Old Bakery - Örnahusen, Fredrik på Eklaholm and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes. Good to Know Bed linen and towels are not included. Guests must bring their own. Cleaning is included in the rental price. However, guests are responsible for doing the dishes and taking out the trash. A deposit is paid to the homeowner upon arrival and will be refunded if the cottage is left in good condition.

Holiday centre Vedersø Holiday Centre Danland Vedersø is a unique place. The nature is endlessly beautiful and you can hear the calm roar of the North Sea. Danland Vedersø Holiday Centre is located just 400 metres from the North Sea, close to the coast with a view of the most beautiful dunes and thatched houses. The holiday centre is located in a quiet cottage area on the west coast, with a campsite and a small grocery store. Nature, tranquillity and beautiful unspoilt surroundings are the keywords when you visit Holiday Centre Danland Vedersø. The over 5000 square metre holiday centre consists of 55 units, most of which have west-facing windows so you can enjoy the view of the dune landscape. Here you can choose to stay in a room for a single day or several days with the family in a shared apartment. Larger groups are also catered for. Many of the holiday homes in Vedersø come with a kitchen. In the holiday homes where this is not available, the centre has installed several communal kitchens around the floors where you can prepare and eat your food. If you are a larger group, you can have your own communal kitchen. At Vedersø Feriecenter you'll also find the Vedersø Diner restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal. The holiday centre offers several activities for both young and old, including billiards, darts, table football and various board games. All this is located in the activity room for free use. On the ground floor, you'll find a large common area that is freely accessible to all guests. Here you can gather and socialise without the space being too crowded. The holiday centre is unmanned and there will therefore be no staff available. However, it will always be possible to contact our holiday centre in Søndervig. All facilities at Danland in Søndervig can be used free of charge when you are a guest at Danland in Vedersø, including Søndervig Waterpark. As a guest at Danland Vedersø, parking is free.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings,  actual usage of extra services,  and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for,  ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
