Further facilities include satellite TV, ironing board, iron and tea towels.An open, roofed terrace as well as a private roof terrace with a sea view are available. There is also a small private garden as well as a very large communal swimming pool (with children's pool). The residential complex has a very spacious pool area.Free WLAN access is available for all tenants throughout the complex. On request, children’s beds or extra beds can be provided.The semi-detached house in Sa Rapita (Campos municipality) is just 2 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Es Trenc. In a few minutes by car you can reach the popular natural sandy beach of Es Trenc and the surrounding golf courses of Son Antem, Son Gual and Maiori.
