The original character of the finca has been completely renovated with great attention to detail and delights its guests with every conceivable luxury. The house has approx. 80m² + 40m² covered terrace, two bedrooms with two modern en suite bathrooms with shower and an outdoor shower, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a living/dining room with fireplace. One of the elegant double bedrooms has a king-size bed, the other a queen-size bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The fully equipped luxury kitchen is fitted with a Néspresso coffee machine. Free Wi-Fi, LED TVs with German programmes, air conditioning, central heating and a washing machine are of course also available.

There are three golf courses (Son Gual, Son Antem, Majoris) and the popular cycle route in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful natural beach "Es Trenc" is about 25 kilometres away and the beaches of Playa de Palma can be reached within 15 minutes. The airport is about 15 minutes away and the lively island capital of Palma about 25 minutes. This makes the finca the ideal starting point for island excursions.
