The first batch of firewood is included in the rental price; further wood can be bought in town. . The house has central heating. On the ground floor is a room with a television. All local facilities in Grantown-on-Spey, including shops, supermarkets, pubs, sports facilities, gold courses and tennis courts are within a 1.5 perimeter of the house. The river Spey is only 400 meters from the property. The National Park is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. There are numerous golf courses in the vicinity. The house is on Whisky Road. It is just a few minutes' drive to famous distilleries, including Glenfarclas, Glenlivet, Aberlour and Macallan.
