The dining area in the farmhouse parlour invites you to dine together. The bright kitchen is equipped with all important kitchen utensils. In addition to a fridge with freezer compartment, there is also a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric cooker and kettle. The bathroom has a shower and WC.

The village centre with cafés and restaurants, a swimming pool, the lake with a grassy beach, a department store and the train station can be reached in approx. 500m. The hiking trail starts approx. 100 metres from the house. The nearest horse riding facilities and tennis court are about five kilometres away. You can also take a trip from here to the Warmbad Villach thermal spa (approx. 20km) or the Römerbad Bad Kleinkirchheim (25km).
