There is another toilet located just above the ground floor kitchen off the stair well. Additional bedding options are available on this floor.

Garden floor: This part of the house contains a small “orangerie” which has been set up as an additional bedroom and has its own entrance. It has a full bathroom included within it.

The property is 3000 m² and contains a beautiful landscaped, mature Mediterranean garden. The large kidney shaped pool is 20 x 6 metres and is situated among the trees and flowers. It has a pool house which contains a toilet and shower as well as small kitchen. The property also has its own parking area, which can easily accommodate several vehicles.
