This lovingly furnished, comfortable holiday flat is located in a quiet side street in the heart of the Schneifel region, yet still centrally located. modern, comfortable holiday flat with terrace in a quiet, yet central location, enjoy your holiday in an exclusive ambience and explore the surrounding area on extended bike tours or hikes

The terrace in front of the flat is equipped with a barbecue and a large seating area. If you want to enjoy the sun, lie down on the lawn next door; if not, a parasol provides shade. Children can build dream castles in the sandpit.

The large holiday flat has been freshly renovated. A spacious room layout with a modern interior offers you all the benefits you would expect from modern accommodation. As a guest of the house, you have a living space of 115m² with three double bedrooms and a spacious living area. The comfortable sofa bed offers two additional sleeping places, e.g. for larger groups. In the kitchen with bar island you will find crockery for eight people and all the facilities for gourmet cooking. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and coffee powder are already available on site. You can socialise at the large dining table. The bathroom is also an oasis of well-being, with a bathtub in addition to the barrier-free shower. A blessing for relaxation, for example after a long hike. Hairdryer, washing utensils, washing machine and even tumble dryer are also available. The flat also has free Wi-Fi and a large LED TV. Two cots and two highchairs are available for younger guests, as well as a baby bathtub.

Our lovingly furnished holiday flat is located in the middle of the Schneifel, in the Bleialf resort, in a quiet side street and yet centrally located. The well-stocked Edeka supermarket is just 200 metres away. Guests can also buy milk directly from the producer within walking distance. Let your taste buds be spoilt by two excellent restaurants in the village. Sourdough bread baked according to a traditional recipe is available from the local bakery. The wooded, hilly landscape of our beautiful Eifel offers young and old nature and peace lovers many opportunities for a relaxing holiday in every season. Both hikers and cyclists get their money's worth. The Eifel-Ardennes cycle path passes 400 metres from the house. For sports enthusiasts, there are good running and Nordic walking trails in the 'Bähnchen' or on the old railway line. Culture lovers can explore the history of the Bleialfer lead mine on a guided tour of the Mühlenberger Stollen or get to know the beautiful Catholic church "Eifeldom". The Schwarzer Mann winter sports area offers winter sports enthusiasts a playground in the immediate vicinity. But hikers will also find a marvellous landscape in the winter months for extended tours in the freezing cold.
