The light-flooded living room has a cosy velvet sofa and a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) for a restful night's sleep. It has a 43-inch LED TV with rotating and swivelling wall mount, cable TV, digital radio and free WiFi.
You have a beautiful view of Lake Schmachter from the entire living area.
Adjacent to the living area is a very well-equipped kitchenette with dining area (dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, additional Nespresso Vertuo machine with milk frother + Alessi press filter, toaster, kettle, hand mixer, high-quality porcelain, complete coffee service etc. are available). You will also find a walk-in wardrobe in the flat. There is also an ironing board and iron, a clothes horse and a hoover for you to use.
The flat also has a beautiful and large shower room with hairdryer and make-up mirror. On the south-facing terrace there are high-quality, adjustable rattan armchairs with footrest, a sun lounger and a table (all from the Ploß brand).
Details: The Seebrise holiday flat is ideal for 2 people. An extra bed for a third person (aged six and over) can be added on the pull-out couch by prior arrangement (for an extra charge). The price includes all utilities (heating, water and electricity), two rental bicycles and the car park (Zentralparkplatz Binz, Proraer Chaussee 5). The flat is also ideal for longer stays with a bicycle parking space at the house and a lockable shed as well as a free car parking space nearby.
There is a sauna in the house, which can be used for a fee.

The train station is also just a few minutes away (approx. 600 metres). The Baltic seaside resort of Binz is one of the most popular spa and recreational resorts on the Baltic Sea and is also the largest holiday destination on the island of Rügen. The centre of Binz with its numerous shops is ideal for a shopping spree or a visit to a café. Numerous restaurants await you in the evening. Binz also offers an extensive cultural and entertainment programme.
