Layout holiday home

This holiday flat with separate entrance is located on the ground floor of a detached house on the outskirts of Sassnitz in a quiet residential area and is right next to the Jasmund/Stubnitz National Park. Spacious playgrounds are available for free use in the quiet residential neighbourhood. The distance to the town centre of Sassnitz is approx. two kilometres.

On the 700 m² plot, you will find a garden outside, which you can also use, with play equipment for children such as a playhouse and a slide, as well as a 15 m² terrace with garden furniture and a small barbecue. Here you can relax and unwind, also thanks to the quiet residential area (traffic-calmed zone). The little ones can romp around freely, either in the garden or on the surrounding playgrounds. There is a free outdoor parking space for one car. Pets are not allowed. For bikers who would like to explore the island by motorbike, there is the option of parking a maximum of two motorbikes in an underground car park. The underground car park is located in the same building and parking is free of charge.

The approx. 60 m² holiday flat has a living room with a spacious sofa set, which can be pulled out into a sofa bed for one person (1.10 m wide), a coffee table and a satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee machine and a dining area with a bench and chairs, leaving nothing to be desired. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.80 m wide). An extra bed (0.80 m x 1.90 m wide), a travel cot (0.60 m x 1.20 m) and a cot (0.60 m x 1.60 m) can also be set up here. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a separate shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a hairdryer. The landlord is happy to provide children's toys and board games for young and old free of charge. Heating and free WiFi are available throughout the flat. A washing machine can also be used free of charge.

The holiday flat is located directly at the Jasmund/Stubnitz National Park. In about 45 minutes walk through beautiful beech forests you can reach the cliffs of the Stubnitz with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea (Caspar David Friedrich view). Sassnitz has an old town centre and is characterised by its spa architecture. A visit to Sassnitz harbour and the surrounding area (burial mounds/war graves, helicopter and Hanomag excursions) is always worthwhile. The Sassnitz-Mukran ferry port is about five kilometres away and offers onward travel to Sweden or the Danish island of Bornholm. The nearest grocery shop is just one kilometre away.

A children's potty/toilet attachment is hygienically cleaned and available free of charge, as is a highchair (adjustable).
