The village of Isola Rossa is about 1.5 km from the villa. Here you will find all the necessary services for holidaymakers: supermarkets, a marina with diving and deep-sea fishing possibilities, restaurants, nightclubs and medical assistance. The airports of Alghero and Olbia are about 80 km away, as are the ports of Olbia and Porto Torres. The owners have made special arrangements for their guests, such as discounts or free services, with the manager of La Marinedda beach, close to the house. For example, during the low season, there is free beach service (two sunbeds and an umbrella) and further discounts on boat and beach equipment rental.

La Marinedda beach is a two-minute walk away. It is one of the most popular beaches on the northern coast of Sardinia. Here you can choose between free beaches and beaches with kiosks where you can eat or have a snack. Lidos with sunbed and umbrella rental, boat rental and various water sports are also available.
