IMPORTANT: Air conditioning is available only in the 5 bedrooms on the first floor.

Outside there is a furnished terrace with dining table, a garden for children's play, an olive grove and a private saline chlorination swimming pool of 20 x 3.5 metres.

The swimming pool is set in a large fenced area with a beautiful lawn garden, sun loungers and a pergola-covered lounge.
