In the northern part is Hökafältet, a popular nature reserve with several exercise trails and walking paths. To the south, the development transitions to Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. There is a shopping center nearby and the area offers a large number of summer activities, including tennis, paddle and mini golf. Just south of here you will reach the Bjäre peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. There are excellent cycle paths to the north and south. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its wide range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not pay a visit to the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location on the Lagan. Lagan has fine salmon fishing (fishing license required). For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the area. The closest is Laholms Gk.
