The cottage which is of a simpler standard is located about 6 km from the center of Trosa with all its restaurants, cozy cafes and the beautiful Trosa river which invites to wonderful walks. The pool is shared with the owner. The cottage has a living room where the sofa becomes an extra bed for the night and with a simpler kitchenette located adjacent to the entrance. There is a large fridge and freezer that provides good storage for the week's purchases. A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet and sink. The cottage's small terrace in front of the entrance is an excellent place to enjoy your morning coffee in the best sun position. Right outside the cottage is the pool which is large enough to take an exercise session. You have access to a large gas grill and there is garden furniture. If you want to go down to the sea, it is about 600 meters walk to the water. There are good hiking areas and the well-known Sörmlandsleden can be connected to in Trosa. If you are interested in golf, Åda Golf & Country club is located about 5 km from the cottage. You share the plot with the homeowner. The homeowner has dogs and there is also a cat.
