The infrastructure of the four buildings of Condominio Fiori includes a large, ozone-cleaned indoor swimming pool with massage jets, solarium, spacious communal hall, showers, table tennis room, communal laundry room with washing machine & tumble dryer, lift and a very well-kept, subtropical garden with sunbathing lawn. The flat can also be rented on a monthly basis.

The house has its own station on the Locarno - Orselina mountain railway, from where the cable car takes you to the Cardada hiking region. If you are not travelling by car, you can reach almost all of the numerous excursion destinations in the region, Ascona, Brissago Islands, the Italian towns and markets by bus, train or boat.
