Fantastic holiday home, partially renovated in 2020, located on a huge plot with a fenced terrace where the little ones can move around freely and safely just 500 meters from the Limfjord at Virksund. The cottage's garden provides ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet as well as the opportunity for ball games and play. In addition, there are several different cozy corners that are ideal for reading a good book while the kids play in the garden. The house is energy-friendly with a heat pump, allowing for lower consumption. The cottage is bright and welcoming and practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen/family room. The living room has modern furniture and a flat-screen TV with both German and Danish channels including TV2. There is a wood-burning stove for a cool summer evening or a rainy fall evening. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, extractor hood, separate oven with grill, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer with min. 60 liter freezer capacity and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. There are three bedrooms, all with good quality beds. The house is suitable for two families as there is also a large separate annex with a guest bathroom, utility room with washing machine, dryer and refrigerator plus a room with two single beds. There are several open terraces with good garden furniture and both gas and charcoal grills where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the area. Not available for youth and craftman groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. Holiday centre Vedersø Holiday Centre Danland Vedersø is a unique place. The nature is endlessly beautiful and you can hear the calm roar of the North Sea. Danland Vedersø Holiday Centre is located just 400 metres from the North Sea, close to the coast with a view of the most beautiful dunes and thatched houses. The holiday centre is located in a quiet cottage area on the west coast, with a campsite and a small grocery store. Nature, tranquillity and beautiful unspoilt surroundings are the keywords when you visit Holiday Centre Danland Vedersø. The over 5000 square metre holiday centre consists of 55 units, most of which have west-facing windows so you can enjoy the view of the dune landscape. Here you can choose to stay in a room for a single day or several days with the family in a shared apartment. Larger groups are also catered for. Many of the holiday homes in Vedersø come with a kitchen. In the holiday homes where this is not available, the centre has installed several communal kitchens around the floors where you can prepare and eat your food. If you are a larger group, you can have your own communal kitchen. At Vedersø Feriecenter you'll also find the Vedersø Diner restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal. The holiday centre offers several activities for both young and old, including billiards, darts, table football and various board games. All this is located in the activity room for free use. On the ground floor, you'll find a large common area that is freely accessible to all guests. Here you can gather and socialise without the space being too crowded. The holiday centre is unmanned and there will therefore be no staff available. However, it will always be possible to contact our holiday centre in Søndervig. All facilities at Danland in Søndervig can be used free of charge when you are a guest at Danland in Vedersø, including Søndervig Waterpark.
