The house, surrounded by fruit trees, such as avocado trees, is situated 1, 5 kilometres from Nerja. The beach of Burriana, which is the main beach of Nerja, is a little bit closer to the house.

There is also an iron and ironing board.
All rooms are heated by a fireplace, then the three bedrooms are air-conditioned (hot/cold). There is a large living room, TV, DVD, satellite, fans, cookers, barbecue.

There are 800 m of track to the house, completely passable and in good condition, of which 100 m are dirt road, the rest 700 m are asphalted. As the house is in an elevated position, the road is a bit steep in some parts, but completely safe. There is little vehicle traffic.

The centre of the village, where there are restaurants and supermarkets, is 1, 5 km away.
The health centre, sports centre and tennis courts are 1 km from the house.
It is advisable to drive to the house, although it is also possible to take a taxi.
