The property covers 170 square meters, and is distributed in living room with table and chairs for 8 people, 4 bedrooms (two single beds and two with double beds) and 2 baby crib, 3 bathrooms with tubs and / or showers. equipped kitchen with appliances and basic utensils and  3 high chairs for babies. Private garden with swimming pool and a terrace of 120 square meters. 6 chairs for relaxing and sunbathing.     

Also a barbecue and table and chairs for 8 people. From the deck reaches the sea at a beach rocks. The sandy beach is about 300 meters. The nearest supermarket and pharmacy is about 3 kilometers, and the restaurant open in summer is about 150 meters.

Official check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.

A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.

The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.
