A staircase leads to the upper floor with the master bedroom. This room has its own sun terrace from which the landscape can be marvelled at. A further attractive double bedroom and a single bedroom as well as a large family bathroom complete the upper floor.

From the veranda, a small staircase leads to the beautiful, large pool area, which is fully fenced and has child-friendly steps. Sun loungers invite you to sunbathe and enjoy the marvellous view. From the rear terrace you also have access to a shower room with toilet. In the garden area there is a brick-built barbecue area and a seating area where you can relax. There are wonderfully fragrant shrubs and citrus trees as far as the eye can see and the large lawns are an invitation to stay, and not just for the children.
