Comprising 2 bedrooms capable of offering a peaceful rest, thanks to the possibility of completely darkening them, and a bathroom equipped with shower, the flat stands out for its functionality and comfort and a separate WZ.

The unit, located on the 2nd floor of a detached house surrounded by the majesty of the mountains, also welcomes your small and medium-sized four-legged friend, who can never be left alone in the flat and must be agreed upon at the time of booking, allowing you to enjoy your holiday without leaving anyone at home. A distinctive feature is the balcony, which invites you to spend relaxing moments in the open air, while the garden, in common use, is an ideal space for moments of serenity in the green.

The owner has his residence on the property, guaranteeing assistance and a point of reference for any needs. To ensure a comfortable stay regardless of the season, the flat is equipped with underfloor heating in all rooms.

Sharing some facilities with the other guests in the building, you will have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer, (arrange with the landlady) making it easier to manage your stay. The kitchen is well equipped, including an induction cooker, an electric coffee machine, a dishwasher and an electric kettle, emphasising the attention to practicality and guests' comfort.
