The flat is located directly below the historical quarter. 800 metres as the crow flies from the beach, which is two kilometres away by road. Posada is the ideal starting point to explore the highlights of Sardinia in short stages. The most beautiful beaches are in the immediate vicinity, and Posada itself already has an impressively beautiful eight-kilometre-long sandy bay, which is not overcrowded even in August due to its size. Hiking, biking, nature or even going out, horse riding, tennis, you can experience everything in and around Posada. Posada is an unspoilt village that is inhabited all year round. You can buy everything you need to live here all year round. Tourism is still in its infancy in this village, so you will find the normal life of the Sardinians here. Supermarkets, bank, internet, hairdresser, post office, bars and restaurants are open all year round! The bay of Posada is characterised by its beautiful sandy beach and crystal-clear water. The highlights of Sardinia can all be reached quickly and easily from Posada thanks to the excellent transport links. Hiking: Monte Albo massif, Lago di Diga, Forrestale Torpe, Monte Tuttavista, Tiscali, Cala die Luna, all within a radius of 60 km! The bay is also impressive in summer because there is still plenty of space for you and your family. A water cistern guarantees a constant supply of water even in summer. A cool bag with batteries, beach chairs and parasol complete the range of equipment for a relaxing day at the beach. The landlords have designed the flat just as you would imagine Mediterranean living to be. Step inside. You have a marvellous view of the bay. You can even see the sea when you get up in the morning if you raise your head a little in bed.
