Ideal Location

This bungalow offers a quiet and spacious place between the village and the sea, with a view of a small playground. The home is simply but fully furnished and tasteful, and due to the many south-facing windows, this sunny house benefits from great natural light. The accommodation is ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children. Plus, you can bring 2 pets!

Comfortable Accommodation

Upon entering the home, you step into a spacious hallway that provides access to various rooms: a cozy living room, a practical toilet, a handy storage room, a well-equipped kitchen, and two of the three bedrooms.
The living room, measuring 17m², is invitingly furnished with a comfortable sectional sofa, an armchair, and various side tables around the television. For extra warmth and ambiance during the colder months, a cozy gas heater is provided, in addition to central heating.
At the dining table in the living room, with a bench on one side and three separate chairs on the other, up to six people can comfortably sit for a meal or enjoy a drink while playing games.

The separate kitchen offers enough peace and space to prepare delicious meals. It is equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with a freezer compartment. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, and a kettle for fresh coffee or tea.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the bathroom with a shower, which has a window that can be opened for extra ventilation. Note that there is no sink here, which is why two of the three bedrooms are equipped with their own sink.

The first bedroom has two single beds (80x200 cm) pushed together to form a double bed (160x200 cm), a spacious wardrobe, and a sink. The second bedroom also has two single beds (80x200 cm), which together form a "double bed" (160x200 cm), a spacious wardrobe, a nightstand with lighting, and a sink. If desired, the beds can be moved apart.
The third bedroom, the children's room, is accessed through the living room and is equipped with a bunk bed (90x200 cm), a dresser, and a coat rack.

Child- and Pet-Friendly

The enclosed garden (240m²), fenced and with free access for cars and bicycles, is situated facing southeast, south, and southwest. With several terraces, both southeast and southwest, the garden offers a wonderful place for both sun and shade. Enjoy a meal or drink at the garden table with six chairs, or relax in one of the four loungers, two lounge chairs, or under the umbrella.
For the little ones, there is a foldable crib (60x120 cm) and a high chair available, and for pets, who are also welcome, this accommodation offers plenty of space. You may bring two loyal four-legged friends.
Parking is no problem with space for two cars right at the house. So, this vacation home is the perfect base for a relaxing stay with the whole family.
