A pleasant and well-maintained holiday home in an excellent location in Mellbystrand. Within walking distance is Sweden's longest swimming beach, shallow and child-friendly. The plot is spacious and partly protected from view next to a green area. A perfect choice for the small family. From the entrance via the conservatory there is a small hall and in the left part of the cottage there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. In the center of the house is an open, well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. The spacious living room has comfortable seating, TV (Allente) and a wood stove for the slightly chilly evenings. From here there is an exit to the patio at the back of the cottage. From here you have a clear view of a green area. There is also a laundry room attached to the cottage. The glazed conservatory gives the cool summer evenings an extra pleasant feeling. The front of the plot is shaded by green trees and everything is enclosed with a fence and gate. Perfect for families with children. There is room for all the family's activities and there is access to both outdoor and indoor games (small soccer goal, block games, puzzles, games, etc.). There are also two adult bikes and two children's bikes etc. to borrow. At a convenient distance is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel and its small shops and restaurants. In the northern part is Hökafältet, a valued nature reserve with several exercise loops and walking paths. To the south, the development turns into Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, a shop and a bakery. Nearby there is a shopping center and in the area there are a large number of summer activities, e.g. tennis padel and mingolf. Just south of you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. There are excellent cycling routes to the north and south. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. Lagan has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required). For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the area. The nearest is Laholms Gk.

The over 5000 square metre holiday centre consists of 55 units, most of which have west-facing windows so you can enjoy the view of the dune landscape. Here you can choose to stay in a room for a single day or several days with the family in a shared apartment. Larger groups are also catered for. Many of the holiday homes in Vedersø come with a kitchen. In the holiday homes where this is not available, the centre has installed several communal kitchens around the floors where you can prepare and eat your food. If you are a larger group, you can have your own communal kitchen. At Vedersø Feriecenter you'll also find the Vedersø Diner restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal. The holiday centre offers several activities for both young and old, including billiards, darts, table football and various board games. All this is located in the activity room for free use. On the ground floor, you'll find a large common area that is freely accessible to all guests. Here you can gather and socialise without the space being too crowded. The holiday centre is unmanned and there will therefore be no staff available. However, it will always be possible to contact our holiday centre in Søndervig. All facilities at Danland in Søndervig can be used free of charge when you are a guest at Danland in Vedersø, including Søndervig Waterpark. As a guest at Danland Vedersø, parking is free.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings,  actual usage of extra services,  and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for,  ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
