On the ground floor is the kitchen, which is open to the living room and dining area. The bathroom and the bedroom on the ground floor are lockable. The free-standing staircase leads to the open-plan upper floor. There are 3 further sleeping areas. There is also a fireplace, a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, fire basket, a bicycle storage room and car parking spaces.The holiday home is connected to the fibre optic network and WLAN is available.The nearest shopping facilities are within a radius of approx. 5 km in Barth with e.g. Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Famila, Stolz etc.The village offers our guests a harbour, a bathing area, which is approx. 1 km away from the house, 3 restaurants. Passenger boats and cycle paths are suitable for excursions in the surrounding area. There are very good opportunities for anglers, sailors and surfers.
