In Schaprode in Schillings guesthouse, there is beef on the menu from the neighbouring island Öhe. Next door in the farm shop you can buy bread rolls and opposite there is the Eishafen with some exceptional sorts of ice cream. The ferry pier is right nearby, with ferries towards Hiddensee. In Schaprode there is a little beach by the campsite, the most beautiful and largest beach on Rügen called Schaabe, which can be accessed with the Wittow ferry.A children’s travel bed and a highchair are available in the house.
