You can relax on the pull-out leather sofa (235 x 194cm) after a day trip, with the flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver, a DVD player and a USB port providing entertainment. The sofa can be pulled out as a comfortable bed for two people. The open kitchen enables comprehensive self-catering with a four-zone hob, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and many small electrical appliances, from a toaster to a microwave and coffee machine. You can dine together in the elegant dining space with a corner bench and two swivel chairs. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a WC and a towel radiator, as well as a window. The apartment has oil central heating.You can relax on the furnished roof terrace and enjoy the view of the surrounding neighbourhood.
