The holiday home is located in the small village of Le Mesnil d'Ozenne with views of Mont Saint Michel, in a quiet, rural location. It is a semi-detached house in a completely renovated stone house dating from 1830. The second semi-detached house is also rented out to holidaymakers, with whom the guests share the garden. There is also a small house on the property that the owners use as a holiday home.Outside, you can enjoy the very large communal garden (5000 m² plot), beautifully laid out with sun loungers, and the private terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and electric griddle. You can park your car in a private parking space at the house or in the large courtyard behind the house.The holiday home sleeps two people on two floors and is approximately 65 m². It is lovingly decorated in a modern country house style. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright living room with a large sofa, a television, a DVD player overlooking the south-facing terrace, and a kitchen. It is fully equipped with a gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee machine, as well as a washing machine. From the living room, a staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed overlooking the garden, a library with books and magazines, a separate WC and a bathroom with shower. There are radiators in all rooms and the house has gas central heating.
