This holiday flat was renovated in 2011 and is located on the ground floor. It has a combined living and dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the living room you will find a cosy sofa, which can be used as a sofa bed. The dining table seats four people. The open-plan kitchen has a 2-ring hob, coffee machine, small fridge, kitchen utensils and a kettle. You will also find a flat-screen satellite TV with local and foreign (some German-language) channels (depending on reception), a telephone, air conditioning and a hire safe. In the bedroom you can prettify yourself in front of the mirror. Next to the double bed (1.60m x 1.90m) you will find a bedside table. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer and washbasin. Your air conditioning (bedroom and living area) can provide both cooling and heating. The studios are decorated in different colours, orange or green, take your pick.
