Villa is located at Galatas village, 4 km from Chania city center. Galatas has a great advantageous position as it is close to the city centre and the Venetian harbour as well, and also near to the area’s most popular sandy beaches.Villa has a total space area of 305 m2. Consists of a ground floor, a first floor, a top floor and a basement.
The villa is endowed with several balconies with the main one overlooking the heated swimming pool.
Around the 28 sqm swimming pool there is a sunbathing wooden deck and a lawn playground.
On the ground floor there is a living and dining room area, a kitchen and a WC.
