Being a part of the famous exclusive Encosta Da Orada complex, our apartment is a perfect getaway for young couples and families. The entire complex is located close to the Beach Peneco, which makes it a perfect destination for short- and long-term vacation in any season. The brand new fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment is a modern, designed in a minimalistic style to create a positive and relaxing atmosphere for each guest. Focusing on your comfort, the 65 m² large apartment is an excellent fit to accommodate 5 people. The configuration of apartments is as follows: 1 bedroom with a full-size bed, wardrobe and bedside tables; a large living room, featuring 2 sofa - beds, Smart TV Panasonic LED - 52'' (YouTube Premium, Netflix and 160 satellite channels free for our guests), a bathroom with a hydromassage bath, a fully equipped kitchen and sunny panoramic terrace. The living room, bedroom and kitchen have access to the terrace with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, which has 2 sun loungers, dining tables and 4 comfortable chairs. Our apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwashing machine, washing machine, fridge (all - Zanussi), water kettle, coffee machine (DeLonghi Magnifica) etc. Our apartment is equipped with 2 air conditioners (Haier), which can be used for both cooling and heating. What is available to the guests: Our apartments offer high-speed Internet - up to 500 Mb and WI-FI is free for our guests. Tea, coffee and kitchen spices are available for our guests to use in the apartment. We provide each guest with linens and a set of towels for use in the apartment, on the pool and the beach. Showers and toilets are also available in the pool area for our guests. To create complete silence in the rooms, guests can use electric blinds; control keys are located next to the windows in all rooms. If you are travelling with infants, our apartment has a baby cot and a high chair, both provided free of charge for our guests. Please notify us in advance. For the safety of guests, the apartment has a safe-box for documents and valuables. We offer our guests tennis rackets and a set of tennis balls (also for free), which guests can use to play on the tennis court in the complex. Guests of our apartment have access to both swimming pools for adults (depth up to 160 cm) and kids (depth up to 50 cm), from 08 a.m. till 10 p.m. The sun loungers and the beach towels are also free of charge for our guests. Tennis courts, 2 swimming pools and other recreational facilities are available only to residents and guests of the apartments. Parking: Free parking is available on the complex’s premises, including underground parking. The apartment complex is gated, and during the period from May to October the complex is monitored and guarded. Check-in: Our guests can independently choose a contactless check-in or a meeting in our apartments. You will receive check-in instructions 1 day before arrival. Check-in time is 3 p.m, check-out time until 11 a.m. Just tell us about your choice for registration and we will be happy to meet you. Pets: We are friendly for guests with pets. Pets are allowed on request. Health and safety: Our team is strictly concerned about health and security of our guests! We use the professional standards of cleaning and hygiene in our apartment for our guests. For your own safety, guests can use masks and antiseptics, which are available in the apartments. Our apartment is a 10-minute walk from a well-known beach Praia do Peneco, Old Town, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The area is famous for its wide variety of seafood restaurants and fish markets. For sightseeing lovers there is the Sacre de Albufeira Museum, Santana Church and the Municipal Museum of Archeology. For those who prefer to go shopping, there is a shopping street and the mall which are reachable by car (2.8 km). There are plenty of other things to do for active tourists, such as: Kayak and SUP Caves Tours are about 4 kilometers away; Pine Cliffs Golf Course and Dom Pedro Millennium Golf Course Vilamoura, considered as one of the finest golf clubs in Portugal; and kids' favorite Zoomarine Algarve Waterpark, all three places are about 15-20 minutes away by car. For those who prefer yachting, sailing, boating and so on there are a lot of opportunities in the Marina area about 2 km away. Faro Airport is situated in 40 km from our location, which shouldn't take more than 30 minutes by car, depending on the traffic. The nearest bus stop is 400 m away. The easiest way of getting around in Albufeira is either walking or renting a car. If you want to rent a car, we can offer you our car rental partners - they can meet you at the Faro airport and provide you with the best options.
