Stylishly furnished holiday flat with sea views of the large sandy beach The holiday flats were completed in 2015 and the building is located directly on the north-west side of the village of "El Cotillo" close to the beach in the north of Fuerteventura.The small but cosy balcony offers you the opportunity to enjoy breakfast or a small snack with a view of the sea. You can also experience the beautiful, fiery red sunsets in the evening from the balcony. The communal roof terrace, with a view of the large beaches and the 17th century fortress tower, was only renovated in June 2017 and is equipped with sun loungers, a table and chairs. You can also enjoy your lunch or dinner here. At lunchtime, the awning provides a shady spot.The 40m² holiday flat is located on the first floor of a block of flats and can accommodate two people. It consists of a living/dining area, which is furnished with a table and chairs, additional seating and a satellite TV. The open-plan kitchen has a ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a kettle, a filter coffee machine and an espresso pot. There are two single beds (90x200cm each) in the separate bedroom. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer. The flat has no heating or air conditioning. A fan is available for use free of charge.The nearest town centre is 30 metres away and the harbour and nightlife options, including bars, clubs, cafés and restaurants, are just 50 metres from the holiday accommodation. The nearest grocery store is 200 metres away. The sandy beach, which can be seen from the balcony of the holiday flat, is just 250 metres away. For those interested in culture, Fuerteventura's numerous museums are ideal for excursions. From salt production to cheese-making and livestock farming to aloe vera - everything is described in an interesting way.
