A shady terrace lines the entire house and the terraces on the upper floor are also covered. The entrance area leads to an open-plan living area and the adjoining dining area with a massive dining table that comfortably seats 10 people. From here there is access to a covered terrace with further outdoor furniture and a view of the pool with sun terrace. The dining area leads to a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with adjoining utility room. On the ground floor there is also one of the bedrooms with two single beds, access to the terrace and a separate bathroom with bath and shower. The upper floor houses another spacious living room with access to a covered terrace and four bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Bed and en-suite bathrooms with corner bath, one of which has an additional shower. Both bedrooms also have access to the covered terrace with views as far as the sea on the horizon. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, share a bathroom. The bedrooms also have access to a terrace with views of the surrounding area and the golf course. What fun for children!!! In a separate "casita" there is a rustic outdoor kitchen with table, a large brick barbecue, an open fireplace and gas cooker.
