Trips to the Polish city of Szczecin, 40 km away, are also possible to do some cheap shopping or see the beautiful old town. The island of Usedom with its three imperial resorts Heringsdorf, Basin and Ahlbeck is 80 km away, where you can swim in the Baltic Sea or take part in boat trips and visit a pier.
