Palazzo Bufalini, a recently restored 17th century noble residence, is located in a small medieval village in the Valnerina, Sant'Anatolia di Narco, 10 kilometres from Spoleto, 30 kilometres from Norcia, Montefalco and Bevagna, 40 kilometres from Assisi and Todi, 60 kilometres from Perugia, Gubbio, Città di Castello and Orvieto. Rome is 130 kilometres away, and in a two-hour drive, you can reach Siena, Arezzo and Florence. Numerous sports can be practised in the valley, such as rafting and hiking on the waters of the Nera, skiing and cross-country skiing on the plateaus in winter, horse-riding and mountain-biking along the numerous medieval paths that still connect the small villages. The Valnerina offers numerous gastronomic attractions, such as the prized black truffle, cheeses and cold cuts from Norcia, extra virgin olive oil and wines, such as Sagrantino di Montefalco or Bianco di Torgiano, which are produced on the sunny hills of the Umbrian Valley. The palazzetto has been restored preserving the architectural and construction types of the 17th century.

Palazzo Bufalini - The part destined for hospitality consists of a large flat, emphasising its ancient destination. The flat, which is located on the ground floor of the building, has been restored in keeping with tradition, but with modern criteria of hospitality and comfort, and is furnished with original period furniture and tools. The flat can accommodate six people, and comprises two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, or one double bed), a living room with two comfortable sofas, a living room with kitchenette, and two bathrooms. TV system, Wi-fi Internet, washing machine, oven, hoover. The flat is provided with bed linen, towels and table linen.
