The outdoor area of the Rustico has an impressive, covered terrace and a spacious garden (not fenced) right next to the house. From your private car park, which can accommodate a maximum of two cars and leads to the rustico after a short, steep footpath, you can enjoy the peace and beauty of the Ticino countryside to the full. You are also only about 50 metres from the rustico for loading and unloading.

The surroundings of Ca' Mignolo offer something for everyone: from mountaineering, climbing, mountain biking, paragliding and cycling tours to horse riding.
