The charming holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of ​​the still relatively unknown resort Colònia de Sant Pere and is ideal for couples, but also for small families with children. Again, there are many shops, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, post office, banks and a public swimming pool. On Tuesdays the big market attracts the locals, but also the guests of the island. In addition to the two beaches in Colonia de Sant Pere there are more beaches, for example. at Artà (22 km), Cala Ratjada (23 km) and Canyamel (21 km). The airport is on the one hand rather fast to reach with 68 km driving distance, but far away enough not to be disturbed by the aircraft noise. Day trips are available depending on the season and climate, e.g. to the island capital Palma, to the romantic mountain villages of the Tramuntana, to the caves in Porto Cristo, Artà or Campanet or to the many small romantic bays of the island. Boat trips are available from various points of view, e.g. to the offshore islands Cabrera or Sa Dragonera and with one of the ferries even the neighboring islands Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera can be reached in a few hours.
