Welcome to the holiday home "Luise am See", an idyllic 50sqm new building with a characteristic wooden facade, which, after renovation in winter 23/24, is now ready to offer up to 2 adults an unforgettable stay directly on Lake Schwerin in Flessenow. Nestled in a marvellous natural landscape, our house guarantees peace and relaxation at any time of the year.

Inside the house you will find facilities that leave nothing to be desired: a fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and other amenities for self-catering. The walk-in shower, underfloor heating throughout the house and the cosy wood-burning stove in the living room provide additional comfort. Free WLAN (fibre optic, 200 Mbit/s) is available for entertainment and information, as are two televisions, a stereo system and a DVD player.

Outside, the sunny south-west-facing terrace with barbecue fireplace provides the perfect setting for relaxing hours outdoors. The direct location on Lake Schwerin, with no through traffic and surrounded by an extensive network of hiking and cycling trails, makes our holiday home the ideal starting point for exploring nature and cultural highlights in the surrounding area - from the Hanseatic city of Wismar to Schwerin Castle and the Baltic seaside resorts.
