This holiday flat was renovated in 2011 and is located on the ground floor. It has a combined living and dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the living room you will find a cosy sofa, which can be used as a sofa bed. The dining table seats four people. The open-plan kitchen has a 2-ring hob, coffee machine, small fridge, kitchen utensils and a kettle. You will also find a flat-screen satellite TV with local and foreign (some German-language) channels (depending on reception), a telephone, air conditioning and a hire safe. In the bedroom you can prettify yourself in front of the mirror. Next to the double bed (1.60m x 1.90m) you will find a bedside table. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer and washbasin. Your air conditioning (bedroom and living area) can provide both cooling and heating. The studios are decorated in different colours, orange or green, take your pick. The speed of the free Wi-Fi in your accommodation depends on the number of other guests who are logged in.

A partially covered terrace with garden furniture is at your disposal. The view is either of the garden or the swimming pool.

The four studios will be renovated in 2018, the bathroom completely and the combined living room/bedroom partially. Please note that the studios can only be booked including breakfast.
