The villa is approx. 300 metres from Gonia - a quiet village near Rethymno (8 km) that is not overrun by tourists. On the property there are 2 bungalows, which are used privately, and the villa. The distance to Chania airport is approx. 65 km and Heraklion approx. 90 km. Shopping facilities and restaurants are about 300 metres away.
