Treat yourself to an idyllic break in our charming holiday home Casa 3 Leones in Es Llombards. Perfectly designed for up to 6 people, this inviting domicile is the ideal base from which to explore the beaches and beauty of Mallorca. The house - whose origins date back to the beginning of the last century - has been converted into a comfortable holiday home. The original structures were largely retained, but modern materials were used to bring them up to the latest state of the art. The result is a rural village house in finca style with a living space of approx. 214 square metres. Inside, Casa 3 Leones presents itself on the ground floor with a modern living room and a spacious dining area with AC. Entertainment is well catered for thanks to the Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals with a comprehensive range of appliances, including various coffee machines, a ceramic hob and a side-by-side fridge. The ground floor also has a shower room at ground level and an alcove with a daybed that can be used as a bed for residents who are unable to access the upper floor. This makes the ground floor suitable for people with limited mobility. The upper floor of the house consists of three cosy bedrooms, all of which can be darkened for a restful night's sleep, as well as two bathrooms, each with a shower, WC and bidet. One half of the entire upper floor, which extends over various levels, is taken up by the generously proportioned master bedroom with en suite bathroom. A particular highlight of Casa 3 Leones is the furnishings, which leave nothing to be desired: Air conditioning units ensure pleasant temperatures in all rooms, while the underfloor heating provides cosy warmth on cooler days. Outside, a private Mediterranean garden with palm trees, cypresses and citrus trees awaits you. The saltwater pool has a length of 13 metres and allows for "real swimming". By the pool there is another bathroom with outdoor shower (h/c) and WC. The various terraces, which invite you to sunbathe and relax outdoors, are largely hidden from view and offer plenty of space for outdoor leisure activities. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Mallorcan sun. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue, hot water sink, gas cooker, fridge and large dining table in the patio complete the amenities of the house.

The south-east of Mallorca is known for its beautiful beaches and coves. Life here is unspoilt, but the well-organised infrastructure makes a stay in the Santanyi area very pleasant. Restaurants and cafés can be found in the village of Es Llombards, as well as children's playgrounds, a football pitch and paddle courts. The market on Wednesdays and Saturdays in Santanyi is well known and popular throughout the island.
