The modern 65sqm holiday flat for 2 people is situated in a quiet street in an ideal location just 300 metres from the Schluchsee (or beach) and the village centre with its numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities.

There is a shared storage room for bicycles. One of the highlights of the flat is the side balcony and the large terrace, both of which are easily accessible from the living area. On the spacious terrace, you can end the day in a beautiful lounge with a glass of wine and an unobstructed view of nature. The new high-gloss brand kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. The beautiful landscape invites you to a variety of hiking and biking tours, including the kilometre-long circular lake trail. In winter, everything disappears under a blanket of snow and the skiing season begins in an idyllic winter landscape. The Schluchsee is one of the largest and cleanest bathing lakes in the Black Forest and impresses with its wide range of water sports facilities. The lake swimming pool with restaurants and boat hire is just 400 metres from the flat.
