Our apartment with balcony is about 55 m2 in size and can accommodate up to 5 people.
It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Dahme on the Baltic Sea. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached in only about 500m and the grocery market with bakery is only about 400m away.
The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (each about 10m2) with 1 double bed each. Synthetic duvets and pillows are available. For the 5th person (we recommend it for people up to 10 years) a folding bed is available, which can be set up in the living room niche.
The living room (about 20m2) with balcony has 1 sofa, 2 armchairs, satellite TV and is open to the kitchen with oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer combination, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, egg cooker and dishes. The apartment has a shower room with skylight.
Our apartment is also equipped with a washing machine with a coin-operated machine (€ 0.50 coins), free Wi-Fi (video games and streaming is not allowed due to the limited amount of data) and 1 parking space.
We offer you a free baby cot and a free high chair on request.
Our outdoor facilities next door, which can be easily reached via our own garden, invite you to linger and offer your children a playground (sandbox, slide, swings and a large lawn area) and a barbecue area with a barbecue fireplace (we ask our guests to clean after use). A bicycle parking space and a large clothesline are also available.
The additional costs (electricity, water, heating) are included in the price.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment – we would also like to offer guests with animal hair allergy an opportunity to book with us.
Laundry sets (bed linen and towels) must be booked with the landlady at an additional cost (25, - € p.p.).
Baby bedding must be brought by the guest.
The dishes and the grill grate must be cleaned and put back by the guest himself after use by the guest - it is not part of the final cleaning.
Please note that spa taxes (ostseecard) are added to your travel price.
Until 31 October 2026: The streets Kornhof and Ulmenweg will be undergoing renovation in three phases (starting with Kornhof), each involving a full road closure. Guests will be issued with a parking permit allowing them to use a car park in the Apfelgarten neighbourhood. The accommodation will only be accessible on foot.
