Inside the thatched house, built in 2024, you will find a living space of around 125 m² spread over two floors with fully heated rooms and cosy underfloor heating in all areas. The fully equipped kitchen with cooking island invites you to cook together and flows into a spacious living and dining area with a wood-burning stove and modern electronic equipment including a 55-inch Smart TV. Three individually furnished bedrooms on the upper floor, two comfortable bathrooms with modern fittings and a sauna for free use complete the luxurious living ambience.

Outside, there is a sunny terrace with a garden table, chairs, a sun lounger, two parasols and a beach chair, ideal for relaxing hours outdoors. A gas barbecue invites you to enjoy cosy barbecue evenings, while the approximately 1000 m² property with a lockable garden shed offers enough space to safely store your bicycles.
