The Villa is located in a very quiet rural area with beautiful landscapes at 5 km from Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia as well as all its beaches and services. The nearest beach is LLenaire in Puerto Pollensa at 3, 5 kms.

Next to this porch there is a relaxing pond with lots of vegetation and aquatic life.
