The area has two diving schools, four small beaches, a large one and a natural water swimming pool next to a maritime park which also has a children's playground with a beautiful coastal path that runs along all the beaches and leisure areas where you can enjoy the typical Canarian gastronomy. A perfect place for those who are looking for absolute tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle of the big tourist crowds where you only hear the sound of the sea and enjoy unbeatable views. The flat measures approximately 115 square meters, has two terraces, one of them with table and chairs to enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean during meals.
