Holiday home with stunning views near the cosy village of Afionas.
Villa Dysis, recently built amidst olive groves, has a fantastic, panoramic view of the sea and nearby islets. This makes this place a paradise for all those looking for peace & nature. Every evening you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. On the 2000 m2 plot there are plenty of opportunities to sunbathe or romp around with the children. On the lower part of the land, fruit trees were planted with native fruits such as lemons, oranges, figs, almonds and pomegranates. The cosy village of Afionas is 100m walking distance from the house and has many taverns and restaurants. The village of Afionas offers phenomenal sea views : Agios Georgios on one side, Arillas on the other, and is widely known for its beautiful sunsets. The resorts of Agios Georgios & Arillas have blue flag beaches with many water sports facilities and numerous restaurants, cafes and shops.
It is recommended to rent a car or take a taxi. The distance to and from the airport is about 30 km (50-minute drive).
At the front of the house is a large terrace with dining table for 6 people , including BBQ.
Around the house you can sunbathe in the sun loungers provided (also for 6 people).
In the large private garden of 2000 m2 there are many fruit trees.
Close to the house there is parking space for 3 cars.
All facilities are on the ground floor:
An open kitchen with all comforts (kettle, cooker with 4 hotplates, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer).
A living/dining room (TV, dining table for 6, sofa that seats 6, air conditioning, adjoining terrace)
A first bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm, air conditioning, safe)
A second bedroom (2x single bed 90 x 200 cm, air-conditioning)

From Afionas, a mountain path runs down to the end of the promontory where there are two beautiful beaches. These are called 'Porto Timoni', a snorkeller's paradise.
A trip to the mountain village of Lakones with stunning views of Paleokastritsa is also highly recommended.
Corfu's capital is a Unesco World Heritage Site and it is blissful to stroll through its narrow streets.
Renting a car is recommended. The distance to and from the airport is about 30 km (50-minute drive).
The hot bakery in the village can be reached within walking distance and the local supermarket is a 5-minute drive away.
